Racing Schedule J4 racers should refer to the 2008 J4-5 Council Race Information and 2008 J3-4 State Schedule pages of the NYSSRA Web site or the Central Council Directory for race schedules.  They should then confer with their coaches to choose competitions that best meet their needs and requirements. The NYSSRA pages should be checked periodically for changes about J4 events.

Super Giant Slalom (SG) Camp:  All J4s will be invited to participate in a SG camp - time and place to be determined.  Athletes competing in the J4 State Championships must have participated fully in this camp.  During the camp, racers will learn basic speed techniques.  There will be video analysis and clean runs will be conducted.
